I tried to sign in to the account using the ID and default password sent to my e-mail, but i couldn’t get into it as it says the email address or the password i typed was incorrect. May I know how to solve this?

I couldn’t access my account. When I click on the HELPLive email link, it says “You’re currently signed in as farahshaqhirah@hotmail.com. Click here to sign out, and then sign in to your Outlook Web App account.”
The HELPLive email is from Microsoft also.
So you can’t log in your hotmail and the HELPLive email on the same browser at the same time.
Either open a different browser to access the other email, or you have to log out your hotmail first in order to enter HELPLive.
Hi, i’m new in help. Why it appeared “This account does not have an Outlook Web App mailbox” when i click the button “acess your email here” on the top of page? How can I get my help live account?
Your Windows Live account was probably logged in when you’re trying to access the email. The HELPLive email is also via Microsoft, and there’s a lot of dingdong nonsense at their server/authentication system.
Just go direct to : http://outlook.com, and log out of your hotmail.com if it’s on, and log in with your b*****@helplive.edu.my account.
